Bellarmine Enews: December 3, 2025
Direct & Guaranteed Admission ProgramBellarmine Preparatory School is excited to participate for the first time in the Direct & Guaranteed Admissions Program. This program allows eligible seniors to be considered for admission to participating colleges and universities based on their academic record and basic directory information, without requiring a traditional application first.
Because we are joining this program mid–application season, many of our seniors have already applied to their intended schools through the standard process. If your student has already applied to any of the participating institutions, no further action is needed on your part. Your student has completed all required steps.
About the Direct & Guaranteed Admissions Process
As part of this new program, Bellarmine will begin sending eligible students’ data to partnering colleges so they may be considered for early admission offers. Information shared will include transcripts and limited directory information (parent names, address, email, and phone numbers). Students and families will receive additional communications directly from the colleges on steps to accept an admission offer.
Parent/Guardian Consent
To ensure compliance with privacy and data-sharing guidelines, we request parent/guardian consent before sharing student information with participating institutions.
By granting consent, you authorize Bellarmine Preparatory School to securely share your student’s academic transcript and limited directory information solely for the purpose of Direct & Guaranteed Admission consideration. Information will be transmitted securely and used only to evaluate admission eligibility in accordance with privacy and data-protection standards.
