Create your Admissions Account
Bellarmine uses an online admissions portal, myBellarmine, to help prospective families navigate the admissions process and to apply online. You will use your account to:- Submit your application
- Upload transcripts
- Send electronic recommendation forms
- Register for events

Complete Your Online Application
Applications for the 2025-26 school year are now open and you are invited to apply! Admissions applications are due on January 17, 2025 for the Class of 2029. Admissions decisions will be released on February 14, 2025.To be considered for the Fall of 2025, all application materials must be submitted by the deadline.The process includes:- An Application Form for parents and students to complete
- English, Math and Science teacher and Principal/Counselor Recommendation Forms
- A copy of the applicant’s 7th grade Report Card
- A copy of the applicant’s 8th grade Progress Report
- A copy of the applicant’s Attendance and Behavior Records

Register for the High School Placement Test
Students applying for Bellarmine's Class of 2029 will need to take the High School Placement Test (HSPT). We have three test dates available:- Friday, December 13, 2024 - 3:30-7 p.m.
- Saturday, December 14, 2024 - 9 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
- Saturday, January 11, 2025 - 9 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
We will be hosting a Prospective Parent Information Session during the first hour of the HSPT for parents and guardians in the Connelly Campus Center. Refreshments and resources will be available. Some of the topics that will be covered are academic programs and placement, the philosophy of a Jesuit education, and our admissions process and tuition assistance program.Learning Differences & AccommodationsStudents with documented learning differences may arrange for extended test time on the Saturday, December 14 or Saturday, January 11 exam dates by providing a copy of their current documentation to Bellarmine at admissions@bellarmineprep.org. Accommodations must be requested no later than one week prior to their registered test date.

Apply for Tuition Assistance
Tuition Assistance applications for the 2025-26 school year are due January 17, 2025 . This application is separate from the Admissions process. Bellarmine strives to be affordable and accessible to all families interested in joining the Lion community. Over 45% of our families receive tuition assistance with the average grant being approximately $7,600, totaling $2.9 million for the 2024-25 school year.
