Bellarmine Students Build Community in Panama

This summer, Bellarmine students traveled to Vaquilla, Panama, through Bellarmine's partnership with Courts for Kids. Working alongside local residents, the group completed a new multiuse court in just four days.
But the experience extended far beyond construction. Students shared meals, played soccer with local children, learned traditional Panamanian weaving and dancing, explored sustainable agriculture and formed relationships with members of the Vaquilla community.
