Fr. Jeff McDougall, S.J.
President, Seattle Nativity School
Fr. Jeff McDougall, S.J. is a teacher and administrator with over 17 years of experience with Jesuit Schools in the Pacific Northwest, including tenures at Jesuit High School and Saint Andrew Nativity School in Portland, Oregon, and Seattle Preparatory School. Currently, Fr. McDougall serves as President of the Seattle Nativity School, an independent, tuition-free Catholic middle school within the Seattle Archdiocese, whose goal is to break the cycle of poverty by providing critical education for underserved students.
Fr. McDougall believes Bellarmine, as the only Jesuit school in Tacoma, plays a unique role in forming young men and women to be "people for others," and supports its mission to make its excellent education available to more and more of our youth.
In addition to his personal service, Fr. McDougall has an older sister and two younger brothers who are committed supporters of Catholic education in the USA-West Province of the Society of Jesus.
