Wellness for Athletes: Three Pillars for Success as a Student Athlete Save the Date: January 22 from 7-8:30 p.m.
The Athletic Department is excited to announce an informational meeting for families regarding health and wellness for student athletes. At the end of every athletic season our student athletes are sent a survey to help us improve the student experience inside of our athletic programs. Two items consistently rise to the top of student concerns: eating habits and the balance of academics and athletics.
We have assembled experts in the fields of Nutrition, Mindfulness, and Academic Balance to help provide tips on what families and athletes can do to navigate these issues. Please mark your calendars and plan to attend this information listening session.
